To all our valued Clients , Customers, Friends and Families, our salon will be opening our doors on May 21, 2020. KOOL RUNNING'S HAIR SALON COVID -19 GUIDELINES, PROTOCOLS & PROCEDURES : IF YOU ARE SICK? STAY HOME PLEASE !!!... ___________________________________________________________________ We will be asking all clients questions prior to booking appointments and before entering Salon concerning Covid-19: Examples : Do you have symptoms of Covid-19? * Dry Cough * Fever * Headache *Fatigue/Tiredness *Aches & Pains * Sore Throat * Difficulty Breathing *Chest Pain ** Have you been in contact with anyone who has or had Covid 19? ** Have you left the country in the last 2 weeks prior to your appointment?________________________________________________________________________ We will refuse any service that puts our staff at risk by the existing health threat. So if you are sick? Please Stay Home. A 2 metre distance from each other is still in effect. All appointments both Hair Services and Retail Services are to be made by phone (604-703-0099). If you have not set up an appointment you will be refused to enter Salon during this time. Do not come earlier than your appointed time as you will have to wait outside the Salon until your scheduled time has arrived. At this time we are only allowing 2 (two) client at a time into Salon. Do not bring anyone else other than yourself to your appointments. Considerations will be allowed for people with disabilities, and parent/guardian accompaniment. At this time we will not be booking large group services. Our waiting area is Temporarily closed due to Covid-19. Wearing a mask is mandatory. If you do not have one we will provide you one at your cost.. Upon entry to Salon, please first use the appointed hand sanitizer available at the door. Please leave all coats at front of Salon on coat rack. During this time you will not be permitted to roam the Salon freely without authorization or accompanied by staff. . Our washroom is available to clients, please follow all signage posted. After each client has left the Salon we will also be closing the doors to clean and disinfect all tools/equipment and areas of the Salon used. Approx. 10-15 minutes. Appointments will not be broken up into different time frames during scheduled appointment. Please make sure you have the time prior to your service before you book your appointment. There is one way into Salon and one way out. Please follow all signage. All Guidelines/Protocols/Procedures are subject to change without notice. ________________________________________________________________________ We Apologize for any inconvenience of how these rules may effect you. These are more than trying times and the safety of our clients as well as staff is our highest priority. Let us work together so that we all stay as safe and as healthy as possible. To all my clients, supporters, friends, and beyond. I am hardly ever at a loss for words. But now I find it difficult as to what to say under these trying times. So, here's my best shot at addressing you all with love and respect. Thank you all for giving me the respect and gratitude thru the years. I wish all of you the very best in health, love and happiness during this time of uncertainty. Under the circumstances I hope all of you have as best of an Easter possible. To all my Clients today, I am unable to make it in , has the lake Road in Cultus as a mud slide, across the Road. The Road will be close for 4 to 5 hours. I will reschedule your appointment. I do apologize for this inconvenience.
