Last day of March MATness 2021! Exercise #34 is The Push Up. I’ve never been any good at push ups. At 6’2 my long levers make it difficult for me! Day 11 The Saw. Inhale twist, exhale reach! Always a class favourite! This exercise creates rib rotation over a stable pelvis. It enhances spinal flexibility and facilitates a great hamstring and low back stretch. Sitting up on a block or bolster may help to ease strain in the hip flexors or hamstrings. Day 7 Double Leg Stretch This exercise is part of the stomach series...and it sure works the abdominals! After reaching arms and legs in opposite directions (the stretch), bring your knees towards your chest and circle the arms to the ankles.
