Hey folks! In order to keep the climbing gym open we need to respect the mask policies in place: Masks must to be worn over the nose and mouth at all times, anywhere within the Mary Hall in the building. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal without refund. Valved masks, buffs, bandanas, or similar single layer cloth coverings will no longer be accepted as an adequate form of face mask. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we navigate this together!... The CUBE team See more
Hello Cube Climbing! Could you help us out? We're hoping you could participate in the RDCK survey on recreation. We'd like them to get the message that Climbing is an important part of recreation planning around here. If as many of us as possible indicate that a climbing gym is an important indoor recreation service we're seeking (whether or not you're willing to drive to campbell fields) it will highlight the importance of climbing to them in this and future planning proces...ses. Please fill out the survey below, and add in 'climbing gym' under indoor sports. https://rdck.ca//rdck-recreation-maste/campbell-field.html It closes November 30, so not much time left. Survey only takes about 5-10 minutes. Thanks in advance!!
Hey Everyone! Just a friendly reminder that our Fall Bouldering Competition/Series "FLASH PUMPED" starts next Monday the 23rd of November. REGISTRATION IS OPEN until next Friday the 20th of November. Come down to the gym or give us a call to register. Its going to be tons of fun!! :)

Due to recent heightened Covid-19 protocols by the BC Ministry of Health, the Cube is taking additional steps to help reduce the possibility of community transmission. We are fortunate that climbing is a low intensity individual sport and, for the time being, is permitted by the province. In order to reduce crossover with Selkirk College operations we are now asking that all Cube climbers access the facility through the rear exterior door. There will also be no access to the Selkirk washrooms and change rooms. Please arrive ready to climb and keep your sessions short so we can go on sharing the facility in these times of reduced capacity. Thank-you for your understanding and continued support of indoor climbing in Nelson.
CLOSED TOMORROW!!!! Remembrance Day Wednesday November 11th (we'll do some route setting to make up for it :))
