This is a bait dog! He is safe now, but look close at the defeat in this baby’s eyes. Look at the scars and imagine what this dog went through. Now realize whe...n a dog is given away FREE and no one checks out the people who are adopting or pick up a free dog, when no one ask for a reference, and no one checks the home....that this is how a dog can end up just like this!!! Dog fighters are wolves in sheep’s clothing. They appear normal. They send their wife or girlfriend because females seem safer. Be careful when rehoming a dog!!! PLEASE I CAN’T REITERATE THIS ENOUGH. This fellow is best suited for a home with NO OTHER PETS or SMALL CHILDREN. He likes all the affection and food for himself. Good health but is takeing anti-anxeity meds, ( I feel with the right family and exercise this maybe able to change). Smart and active fellow, FENCED YARD required. UPDATE: TALO has been adopted and now living in Rossland. Have a great life Talo. AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, GRAND FORKS, B.C. Meet TALO. Neutered, male, 5 years old. This handsome fellow is 70% Rhone-heart Husky and 30% Wolf. Hence his red coat and golden eyes. 4 years ago he was rescued from a pack of 50 dogs in Northern B.C. He has adjusted well to living with a family. He is good with kids and other dogs. But NO CATS !!.. He needs a large FENCED YARD as he has a... high prey drive. Will need to be on leash if off property. Recall is good when on property but not so good off as the prey drive kicks in. A home with acreage would suit him. Up to date on shots and in good health.
