It's been a very crazy year for Real Estate. Everywhere.. But the Kootenays have been extra bananas. If you are wondering if you should/could sell your home.. The answer is yes. Locking down the perfect place to call home. With little inventory and huge demand these buyer's are just waiting for the next property to come up. This is just an example of this properties buyer's, not including all the others we have. I'm thankful that my client ( actually a very good friend ) trusted the process, although it may have seemed daunting and a bit crazy and made for a long week. RAVE! We all know how daunting it can be dealing with any governing body online or in person. I visited Front Counter B.C. today in Castlegar regarding my water license. And the person I dealt with was an absolute gem and total breath of fresh air her name is Sydnee and she walked me through it and put everything in place flawlessly.
