Does your dancer love to perform? The Kor Performance Group gives students the opportunity to dance and perform different genres throughout the season in a non-competitive environment, creating a community minded, supportive and team-building experience. Members will take part in performances at local events, functions and celebrations in and around Calgary. Some past perfomances include: Spruce Meadows Christmas Market, Calaway Park, Senior's Facilities, Various Farmer's Mar...kets, Night Markets, Lilac Festival and more! Students will be required to learn various styles and choreography set by Kor faculty as well as guest choreographers. Rehearsals typically take place on weekends and for a minimum of three hours a month. This year auditions will be held on Saturday, October 17th from 1:30-2:30pm. There is no charge for auditions. Any current student of Kor age 8 and up is invited and encouraged to audition. If you are interested in our Junior Performance Group for ages 4-7 or have any questions, please contact us.
