When deer meat roast meets Korean recipe, it is now so tender and juicy! All you need is thin slice deer meat and marinade BBQ sauce. DEER MEAT BULGOGI recipe... : Slice deer meat thinly as you can while it’s half frozen. I used 2.5 lbs meat for a whole jar(375ml) diluted with water(100ml) to marinade. After 3-4 hours marinade, put some oil in a pan and throw some green onion and onion. Then add meats and stir fry together until the meats are cooked. Enjoy! See more

First of all, I would like to say thank you to all of my customers who love my products and I’m so grateful to serve you! Hope everyone has a great winter as well. The weather has been up and down but I would say it’s been still better than previous years. ... I’m having a very nice break right now but I still am able to take any order by phone, email or Facebook. I just made some Marnade BBQ sauce. And still I have lots of honey quince tea, pickled garlic scape, spicy BBQ sauce, spicy sweet & sour chili paste sauce. Pickled lotus roots and pickle fiddlehead are not available till spring though because they are seasonal. As soon as I can make them, I’ll let people who loves them know it!
