we removed some walls to open up the main floor and added the island. Now we have a highly functional kitchen that looks great!

This is a job where my clients had a very unusual and unusable space beside their house, there was only a side walk going to the doors and the rest was dirt/grass. I built the deck to address the floor part of the space. The customers loved it, but now the fence looked old and weathered and with the new height of the deck you could now see clear over the fence to surrounding neighbors. To address this issue I designed a custom cedar privacy screen, these panels are made up of... slats in order to block sight but still allow for air flow and sun light to come through. As for the gate, they were looking for a regular door that would stand up to the weather and could accept a standard door handle/lock, they were having no luck. I then suggested that I build one out of cedar and when I drew it up they agreed. In the end all the pieces came together and it looks great! See more

This is a main floor renovation, we took out a wall dividing the kitchen and living room to give it the open concept look. The kitchen had lost some storage with removing that wall so we designed some custom cabinets on two walls in the living room to make up for lost space in the kitchen, showcase the wood burning fire place, and house the TV and all its components seamlessly! These cabinets were all built on site including doors with a spray semi gloss finish. The kitchen is an Ikea kitchen installed to perfection with a built in oven and cook top, dishwasher made to look like a cabinet door, and granite counters. We also added hardwood flooring through out the main floor and some custom shaker style wainscoting through the front entrance and up the staircase! The stairs and 2nd floor are slated to be finished in hardwood next year.
