Anything related to food and fitness! I love shopping for, cooking, and sharing food with the people I love. I also really enjoy a good sweat in the gym! But if you asked my kids this question, they would tell you the answer is spending time with them... which of course is also true. 4. WHAT'S ONE USEFUL STRATEGY YOU LIKE TO RECOMMEND TO YOUR CLIENTS? Tracking tools! In my experience (both personally and professionally) the use of food-mood journals, exercise logs, sleep trackers and the like are powerful self-regulatory tools that exponentially increase one's chances for success with behaviour change. I use them ALL THE TIME.

They start with discharge planning from the hospital, continue to help with adjusting to challenges and changes at home, properly assess and make recommendations for assistance and treatment, continue with CAT assessment and case management when a client is designated Catastrophic, and accurately project vocational needs and future care costs. One thing that makes them unique? Their company agreed to provide assessment and recommend treatment for 23 Chinese tourists who were injured in Canada. These 23 Chinese tourists survived a deadly bus crash, just south of Ottawa. They were quickly sent back home to China prior to being assessed for their functional difficulties in order to qualify for accident benefits and treatment. https://www.cbc.ca//tour-bus-crash-highway-401-victim-insu GLA Rehab flew OTs and a Mandarin speaking RT to China. Over the course of a few weeks, this team completed necessary assessments and treatment recommendations and located potential clinics in Shanghai.
