FU IG. Quick little update on what’s been going on the last few weeks.. Exciting new things are just around the corner, my loves!

We’re quickly approaching Halloween, my loves! Oooooohhhh~ The Hallokouign is coming for The Princess to take The Crown! Will The White Knight be able to stop her in time?! Stop by the shop to see our spooky decor and get ur paws on the goodies! Next weekend me and my kouigns will be dressed up as some of your favorite characters in Wonderland! Be sure to swing by to see us! ... Any guesses who I’ll be??

THE FORAGER has been putting in extra hours in Wonderland to help us plan a new menu coming soon.. Are you ready for it? He is our brown butter and toasted hazelnut financier with dill cream cheese, winter herbs, caramelized mushrooms, balsamic and hoisin reduction, finished with Maldon sea salt.. Holy F is all we can say.. We love him.. See you at the shop, my loves..

THE LUNCH BOX - I was really excited to reveal this cookie to the public when we did the Chinatown House popup last March.. This cookie was inspired by what my mom would often put in my lunch box when she sent me off to school.. Sometimes there would be cookies.. Sometimes rice with Chinese sausage, pork floss, nori, and toasted white sesame seeds.. I wanted to put these memories together in a cookie for you.. This week has been insane, and we are so truly grateful to all of you who have been chasing down the White Rabbit, and sharing your joy and love with us! It’s so hard to believe that over a year ago these cookies created such a crazy commotion in the Vancouver food scene, and today, nothing’s changed.. ... Truthfully I was so terrified that nobody would show up, that COVID was going to ruin things for all industry businesses, but I persevered and this has been the best decision I’ve ever made.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. The menu isn’t even fully rolled out and your support is keeping us going and will help us grow this small business.. There’s so much more to come, my loves..
