Well I got the call back to complete the basement. Here’s the final touches to the double rail/glass job. Glass is hot! Get it while it’s hot!!

Modern posts/rails/treads with powder coated wrinkled black spindles. Another job completed just in time for PL’s charity golf tournament!

Looking to open up your staircase? Here’s a great example of a small enclosed staircase with a half wall transformed into a loft with an open left sided staircase.

This project was a little out of the usual ordinary modern look. My client has a vision for a rustic look with a dash of modern. He suggested hemlock wood. 6 posts with rectangular railing and satin black painted rebar spindles.. what do you think he said? I replied Let’s Go!!!! I also changed out an old 2 stepper with an open rise stair with large live edge shelves as treads. Oh and a little doggy gate to match the rails.
