Spent a little time in the swamp this morning watching the cloud formations change and reflect in the water. Just the birds and I starting out our Sunday. Also, I thought I sat next to a snake. Almost dropped my camera into the water trying to stand up quickly, and then realized it was a frog. Coincidentally this was in the small town of Frogmore.

With what seems to be the end of winter, despite a few flakes yesterday, I am happy with the outings I got to have over the last couple months. I miss receptions. I miss walking around during the dance shooting candids and seeing the excitement and good times being had. As much as I love the smaller intimate weddings, all of the receptions I was able to shoot in 2020 were much different looking. The odd ones had music, but not allowed dancing. The majority of them had no music at all. Still an enjoyable day, but I always like this part of the night. Had my first wedding of the year Saturday. Also was the first wedding that I wore winter boots to. Loved getting to do an all outdoor winter wedding.
