I know some say well I’m helps with my oily skin, acne, etc ...... wait that was me at one time, yup in my teen years I used rubbing alcohol on my face and it didn’t help made the problem worse and here’s why. When your skin is dried out from these types of substances, your sebaceous glands respond by making even more oil. This excessive amount of oil, or sebum, can create unintentional acne breakouts. Acrylic VS Liquid gel what’s the difference? The most common question I get from clients and how I answer every time is if you slam your nails into something gel is flexible so it will bend where as Acrylic isn’t as flexible so it’s more likely to snap under pressure. There’s a form of nail called Acrylicgel or Polyacrylic this marries the strength of acrylic with the flexibility of gel to one! What type is the best? Well really none of them is better then the other it’s more based on you and your lifestyle as to which type of nail is best for you!
