Pinnovate was born out of the need to fill a gap within the community. We wanted to create an inclusive space where people of all ages can come to connect and create regardless of artistic ability.... 2. What’s unique about your business, products, and services? Pinnovate is unique in that we are the only DIY Studio in Canada. Our newest (Covid) addition is DIY Delivery! All of our current craft projects are available for delivery and include all the supplies, materials and instructions to craft at home. We also offer Children's and Teen's art programming, camps and workshops as well as corporate events. We are also fully licensed which means your evening out can be complemented with food and drinks! 3. For what positions do you typically hire/would hire for? Pinnovate typically hires for children's art programming, artistic support, customer service positions. Our team members wear many hats! 4. What skills are required for these roles? We have a variety of artistic people on our staff but regardless of position, we always look for people with great personalities who have strong customer service experience and who can work cohesively with our team. 5. How do you/would you source talent? We have been very fortunate that most of the talent we have hired have come knocking on our door. Art students, artistic and crafty people wanting to pursue their passion(s)...we have been lucky enough to be a first choice for many creatives looking for positions. 6. Are you currently hiring? Unfortunately, we aren't hiring at this time. However, we have big plans for the future so never say never!
