A heads up about our new Code White Krav Maga workshop which is going to start this Sunday. Weekly/Sunday sessions will run 5-7pm...given Covid/need to keep space/people inside limited, new people registered will be limited to always respect the number of monthly membership regulars we have in a given month. Any of you paying monthly memberships automatically have a spot saved:) feel free to join at 5-7pm for a back to basics or understandable if you want to keep your 6-8pm time & join the basics for an hour. 7-8pm will be continued for the more advanced techniques & we always have Tuesdays 8:30-10:30 for you die hards.
