January classes are in full swing albeit virtually. Great to see everyone joining in to get their sweat on. A special shout out to Jenni, Iza, David and James; alumni members I haven’t seen in years who joined back up to train with us virtually. So awesome to see you all again! And as always much GRATITUDE to all KMR members for your support through this challenging time #kravmagaregina

A heartfelt THANK YOUto all the KMR members who attended virtual classes last night. We had over 40 people attend virtually throughout the night, including two people joining the boot camp class from Ontario. Everyone trained hard and kept the energy high despite training from home. Well done New restrictions have forced our Krav Maga classes to online and it is far from ideal. I know that the majority of the members don’t like virtual classes and frankly would never sig...n up for them. And yet this week the vast majority of KMR members registered for virtual classes. They didn’t sign up because virtual classes are amazing;) because it’s simply not true. We do our best but virtual cannot replace the unique vibe, the intensity, the energy, and the team dynamic of a full in-person Krav Maga class. It doesn’t come close. They signed up for only one reason - to help the club survive through another incredibly challenging time where prolonged restrictions will threaten the club’s existence. To all Krav Maga Regina members, I will never be able to fully express my gratitude and appreciation for your extraordinary support this year. Thank you my friends Let’s hope for better days to come.
