Push yourself and work toward the Advanced rep and set count shown in the video. There’s a 2 minute rest in between circuits across the board. Hey Everyone! It's finally happening! Toronto enters Stage 3 on Friday July 31st. KMT will begin by offering classes to current members ONLY. Due to class size restrictions, we will not be able to offer free trials immediately. CLOSURE NOTICE & FREE MATS! We will be closed on Friday Sept 20th (morning and evening classes) and Saturday Sept 21st to install new mats. We will be giving away our current mats for free!... Anyone interested is welcome to come to KMT on FRIDAY SEPT 20th (starting at 10am) and pick them up. The mats are 6'x3', and we have 35 available. Our students train incredibly hard. To add more resistance some of them chose to jump in a pool for 3 hours and push their limits even further. Between underwater sit-ups and being choked into the deep end, nobody held back. No Patricks were harmed during the process of this event.
