This sourdough bread is made with 100% sprouted whole wheat flour. It is a bit like pumpernickel bread, but gives more health benefits in our body. Great texture and flavour! I will sell this bread and the flour at the Cafe Pyrus Outpost Mini Farmers market on Saturdays. Check out at 150 Roger St. Waterloo. Great coffee at Pyrus too!
