We are so grateful to have each and every one of you continuously support us. We’re lucky to have A LOT of repeat customers, and absolutely love reading your positive feedback and suggestions. ... When setting goals for the New Year, remember to always reflect on your goals from the previous year. It’s important to see how you’ve grown throughout the year. Always write your goals down, and make them attainable. Often times we make goals, but don’t set deadlines and often forget what they are. We also oversell ourselves to ourselves, and make unrealistic goals (ex. Trying to lose 50 lbs right away vs 4lbs per month over the next year - a lot more attainable). If goals are written down, and have deadlines, you can check in on your progress throughout the year. Also, remember to make goals in various categories, ie. Finances, Self Growth, Health etc vs focusing on only one aspect of your life. A lot of times we focus on external parts in our life, vs actually focusing on ourselves.
