Mobility Tools! When it comes to foam rolling it is always best to keep you're options open. Foam rollers are great. There are so many options available. You can use a foam roller, lacross ball, PVC pipe, med ball or there are a bunch of specialty products out there.... If you are thinking about getting started with a self massage routine and want to stick to a budget I would start with a foam roller, a lacross ball or two, and a PVC pipe.
Better Goblet Squats! Bend The Bell! This is a simple cue to help improve posture and goblet squats technique.... Everyone can use this reminder that lower body training isn't independent. We need to think more about engaging the whole body while training.
