Hello! I hope everyone has been enjoying their weekend. As many of you heard, we have been given the ok to resume business again this week. With that said, things will definitely be looking quite a bit different. I want to assure you that I have put extra measures in place to continue to provide a safe and healthy work environment for both my clients and my staff, which may slightly alter the amount of time your clean requires. Some of my employees are still not wanting to r...eturn to work so I’m trying to figure out a schedule that will best accommodate everybody’s needs with the few of us who will be returning. If you could please send me a message as to whether or not you would like to proceed with starting up your cleans at this time, that would help me in planning. Please be patient as I figure out our new ‘normal’. I’m hoping to start bookings beginning next Monday May 25th still following when you regular clean would have been . I have also received quite a few inquiries regarding deep cleans at this time. Please let me know ahead of time so I am able to account for this. Hello to all my clients and friends! Welcome to my Krista Pollard Cleaning page. I will be doing all my corresponding with clients via this page as of January 1, 2020 instead of my personal page. As many of you know, I have been working very hard over the past year to expand my business and provide and honest and reliable service to the Wilmot Community and surrounding areas. I am proud to say I have a wonderful team of local ladies who strive to provide you with the best ...cleaning service in the area. I would like to outline a few 'housekeeping' rules below to ensure that I can keep everything running as smoothly as possible. Please take a few minutes to carefully read. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. 1. Services provided are tailored to each clients individual needs. I will provide a walk through of your property to discuss your needs and estimate timing for the clean. 2. I charge an hourly rate of $30 plus HST. All supplies are provide, unless otherwise stated (ie. Norwex, Young Living etc) 3. Payment is to be received within 24 hours of your clean. If payment is not received within that time frame, there will be a $5 per day late fee. 4. There will be a charge of $20 for cleaning up pet feces, urine or vomit. 5. If for any reason we cannot enter your home with the given instructions (and we cannot get a hold of you) there will be a 50% charge of a regular clean. (ex. garage code change, door code change, garage opener not working, key not left out). If you have not already done so, please message me your contact info. 6. If one of the staff damages property, we will reimburse to have the item replaced under a reasonable amount. We will require the receipt to claim as damages loss for the business. 7. If you would like to add to your regular clean (baseboards, blinds, lights, fans etc.) please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to ensure we have the time available. 8. If you or a family member is home sick, we please ask that you be courteous and reschedule your appt as we do not want to become sick ourselves or spread germs from house to house. We will do our absolute best to accommodate in this situation. 9. With the winter season upon us, If possible, I ask that there is a spot to park in your driveway to make it easier for us to unload our supplies. Please have driveways salted/sanded to help avoid injuries. 10. If for any reason the clean is not up to your expectations, please let me know immediately and I will personally return to complete it to your standards. Our #1 goal is your complete satisfaction with the service provided. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of my clients, both old and new for trusting us in your home.
