In the British journal of Sports Medicine, and meta Anatlysis of over 9 studies and 44000 participants wearing fitness trackers above the age 40 found that; Increased risk of mortality from sitting all day (10+ hours) can be combatted by 30-40 min of activity. What they found was for the group that participated in activity for the minimum requirement and still sat all day, their mortality rate was decreased. ... That’s all it takes to reduce your risk in this covid-19 era of doing nothing and being asked to stay home. We all have 30 mins. Use it wisely!

I see this on a regular basis: and more so with the pandemic: lack of exercise, proper hydration and increased repetitive postures: HEAT and consistent MOVEMENT are key to healthy, painfree fascia!
