Popcorn in the steamer and Hop! Happy Easter everyone!

Supper tonight features two veggies both done in the steamer. I started the steamer for 3 mins with just the mini potatoes and then I added in the broccoli for 7 mins. Done and 1 thing to clean!

Big cook done Shepard’s Pie with mashed potatoes Crispy & Crunchy Lettuce Wrap Beef prepped Taco mix ... A giant pot of spaghetti meat sauce with lots of veggies Southern Baked Chicken Drummies And also 1 whole rotisserie spiced chicken. I marinated two other chickens in the freezer: one in sweet garlic chicken spice and the other in teriyaki spice. We are now set for meals for a good amount of time. Oh and Wes has a brisket on the smoker! Life is good!
