This week the Errinrung Long Term Care and Retirement Community was subject to a horrific act of vandalism to their outdoor Christmas decorations, with some of them even stolen. Within hours the community of Thornbury initiated a plan of action to restore the ornaments and garnishes and also the feeling of merriment to the residents of Errinrung. ... This is one of the special things I value about social media. Bringing a small tight knit community together to help bring back the sentiment of the season, and it all started with a conversation. Is it the pent up demand for Real Estate , after the literal shutdown in March and April that has brought the market roaring back essentially lifting sales. Is it the job loss skew that had sent sellers to the market even when we had Government intervention putting a back stop to mortgage default penalties. What will happen going forward with a new Incumbent Presidency and the affects that will have on the Canadian Real Estate Market. We all have had our lives affected by the pandemic this year. Jobs and working situations have been altered to the point of learning to work remotely or undertaking a complete career change.
