I’m taking extra precautions to make sure I have a safe work space for all of my clients. I can’t wait to see you all soon!!

Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is my number one priority. I have already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by the Alberta government before the effects of COVID-19, but I’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. I remain committed to continually evaluate what must be done to meet the needs of my clients and adhere to (and exceed) government guidelines and regulations. My main goal is to keep YOU safe and healthy.

Words cannot describe how much I miss every single one of you!!! With much thought and anticipation I have decided to wait until mid June to reopen my chair. My main goal is to keep you all safe. Within the next week or two I will be contacting those of you with previously cancelled appointments in the order from which they were booked before. Please wait to call or message me during this time, as it will be a process to get everyone rebooked. I will make a post later to update those of you who are still needing an appointment. Please be patient with me during this process. I can’t wait to see you all and look forward to catching up again!!

As government are trying to figure out how to ease back in to a new normal, please remember: Some people don’t agree with the opening.... that’s okay. Be kind. Some people are still planning to stay home.... that’s okay. Be kind.... Some are still scared of getting the virus and a second wave happening....that’s okay. Be kind. Some are sighing with relief to go back to work knowing they may not lose their business or their homes....that’s okay. Be kind. Some are thankful they can finally have a surgery they have put off....that’s okay. Be kind. Some will be able to attend interviews after weeks without a job....that’s okay. Be kind. Some will wear masks for weeks....that’s okay. Be kind. Some people will rush out to get the hair or nails done.... that’s okay. Be kind. The point is, everyone has different viewpoints/feelings and that’s okay. Be kind. We each have a different story. If you need to stay home, stay home. But be kind . If you need to go out, just respect others when in public and be kind! Don’t judge fellow humans because you’re not in their story. We all are in different mental states than we were months ago. Yesterday, we all received some pretty exciting news!! Phase 1 of reopening has started and the staff at Reflections feel extremely thankful for being an essent...ial service! At this moment, we don’t have an opening date (hoping for May 14th) and are not scheduling clients yet. We will wait for further information on our industry guidelines, restrictions, and protocols to be put in place prior to reopening. Our top priority is the health and safety of all our guests and team members. Please be patient with us as we try to figure everything out on how to go about this with our large staff. We also have many clients we need to rebook. All clients with previous appointments being cancelled due to our temporary closure will be rebooked in the the order they were cancelled.
