December 9, 2020 On December 8th our Provincial Government implemented new restrictions and closures of more businesses. I would like to start this update with our hearts going out to our Grande Prairie business community. Over the last 10 years I have met many different business owners who have become admirable peers, friends and family. I have watched them in good times and in bad, we have picked each other up when we fall and we have stood up for each others dreams. We a...s a community have supported our local companies with trust, faith and loyalty. Today local is more important then it ever has been, our peers, friends and family need us, we are stronger together than we are alone. My heart goes out to my friends, people who have become family that now have to close their doors a second time. I have always operated my company with my heart on my sleeve, the emotional and mental aspect of business is something I can't turn off. It is who I am, who I always will be, we are who we are because of our community and their support. I personally called our Premiers office first thing this morning to triple check that our residential services have not been interrupted. At this time we are still allowed to provide our professional services and we will update your if anything changes. With everything that’s going on, even with their own uncertainties and fears they are still getting the job done. Most importantly they are taking all extra precaution’s set in place and keeping their high spirits.

Thanks Giving is fast approaching. 2020 has been a very trying year for all of us. Thanks Giving is a time of family, friends, laughter and being thankful. We understand that there are families out there that can not afford Thanks Giving this year. COVID-19 With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 we are asking our valued clients to please advise us if you have traveled out of Canada or have been in contact with someone who has had the COVID-19 virus. You can call, text 780-897-5324 or email [email protected]. This is so my staff can be aware and take all extra precautions required to insure they stay healthy and virus free. My staff are on the front lines for our clients, we are doing everything we can to help preve...nt COVID-19 from spreading in your homes and offices. All cooperation from clients is sincerely appreciated. Kristy Klean's policies and procedures have always treated cleaning as tho there is a very contagious illness in all properties. We take pride our polices and staff that there is no cross contamination, we always use clean rags, supplies and equipment. We use appropriate chemicals for daily normal cleaning to insure we have everyone's best interest at heart. Our staff will be taking extra measures for our clients in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be using a much stronger disinfecting chemical that is EPA approved in specific high traffic public areas to insure we can contain the spread of COVID-19. We will continue with our normal routine for disinfecting but will follow behind with Lyson spray for handles, light switches and other surfaces that get high traffic with hand touching.
