We were pleased to welcome the Honourable Tim Louis, Member of Parliament of Canada representing the riding of Kitchener-Conestoga to Yog Fellowship. Mr. Louis met with Yog Fellowship's summer youth employee, Vanessa, whose employment is sponsored by the Canada Summer Jobs Program (CSJP). The purpose of the CSJP is to support young Canadians to develop skills and gain work experience. Vanessa is studying Plant Science at the University of Guelph, beginning her third year of ...the program this September. In addition to being responsible and hard-working, Vanessa has brought great energy and enthusiasm to YFT in her role as summer student. She is eager to apply her plant knowledge and research skills to the position. Under the direction of Nadia Mushani, she understands the #Kriyayoga philosophy regarding plants and land management and is able to apply this philosophy.
