I’ll be teaching at Stanley Park on Mondays and Thursdays - 5pm Kids and 6pm Adults. Online I’ll be teaching Wednesdays Kids 5pm and Adults 6pm, Fridays 6pm .

You were a bright light in dark times. Even when there were rainstorms you came out and gave 100%. I loved watching you train with Dr. Yumiko at Canoe Park. Your progress was great to see. Your energy ignited others to push their best. I remember you stressed out the whole chat room cause you were nervous about the test. A test you conquered. I will miss seeing you online, seeing you train and talking to you. Oh I remember when we re-opened the gym and you were so excited ...to be there. We found each other during the pandemic and who knew we can find someone so solid and committed. When some people left Krudar you said Krudar Forever. Thank you Jordan. I love you. We love you. Rest In Peace Son. Lets reach out to your friends/family who may feel lonely during this pandemic. Let’s connect more with our love ones. And let’s pray for Jordan and his family. Please join us Friday at 6pm class on Zoom. We will dedicate the class for Jordan and send him Love wherever he is. He is signed up for tomorrow’s class so we know he will be there.

We have just conducted the very first online testing event this past Saturday and it was a historic and successful event. We will be running more in the future, so now is a great time to level up your Muay Thai skills.
