Our 4th and final Specialty Dining option is at Cagney's Steak House on this, the last night of our cruise! Everything I've heard about the quality of the food leads me to believe we will not be disappointed!!

Kinky Boots - a Broadway-class musical on the NCL Encore! Most people board a cruise ship expecting to be entertained, but not expecting a Broadway-caliber production; however, that is what you get aboard the Norwegian Encore. Their production of Kinky Boots felt less like a cruise ship show and more like attending the National Tour of Kinky Boots at your local performing arts center. A wonderful experience for all!!

Acting like a kid and enjoying every minute of it! We spent time in the Galaxy Pavillion last night...what fun shooting zombies and werewolves in a virtual reality run for your life chase! We also raced around dinosaurs in a VR Jurassic Park jeep and raced Formula 1 cars around the track at breakneck speeds! Really great fun for young and old!! When it comes to Galaxy Pavilion, Norwegian has created a VR playground with several "rides" that require cruisers to put on goggles.... With the goggles on, riders can feel like they're actually hang gliding, racing in a Formula One car or walking the "plank" above a busy street to save a kitten, among several other adventures on offer. Other virtual-reality ride options include a Jeep ride through scenery similar to Jurassic Park, which starts off easy enough but ends with a mad dash away from vicious dinosaurs; a drone race; a car ride that loops and somersaults across a rider-drawn roller coaster track high in the sky; and fighting off aliens in a warehouse that's been invaded. Two other interactive attractions in the Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Encore Galaxy Pavilions aren't virtual but are just as fun. The 7D Cinema (special effects, moving chairs and interactive shooting), is a 3D shoot-em-up mini-movie theater where you get buckled into chairs that shake and rattle while you shoot a laser gun at zombies on the screen. Participants compete against each other to see who shoots the most zombies during each screening.

3rd Specialty dining choice was Los Lobos - authentic Mexican food - quality and selection were epic with portion sizes almost overwhelming!!

We spent a fabulous day snorkeling on Norman Island just off Tortola, British Virgin Island. Thanks to the professional crew of @SailCaribbeanDivers we were safely taken to three caves and saw so many different kinds of fish and then on to a beach area to see some see turtles, stingrays, etc. The water here is literally aqua in colour...truly a day in paradise!

While we still have 2 more specialty dining reservations ahead, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the quality and options of all the complimentary dining rooms available on the ship. We have enjoyed meals in sister restaurants Taste and Savor, as well as the Manhattan Room and the incredible Garden Cafe which offers hundreds of options including comfort foods like burgers, fries and pizza as well as traditional hot entrees and so many kinds of salads you can't possibly try them all! They have mouth watering curries in their India section and various Pho options in their noodle bar. Overall the quality and variety are astounding! #nclencore

2nd Specialty Dining option for us was FOOD REPUBLIC while our friends went to OCEAN BLUE. Exclusive to Norwegian Cruise Line, the only Food Republic at sea features specially crafted menus that reflect the cultural and culinary diversity of the world around us. A fusion of foods and cultures, every sumptuous dish has been specially curated. Travel to Peru and indulge in a reinvented version of ceviche. Jet away to Japan and try a new kind of sushi roll. Or have a hearty hel...ping of noodles from China. With new iPad menus, a variety of familiar favourites and unique additions from around the globe, you can travel the world without ever leaving the ship. My hubby enjoyed sushi and dessert while I sampled the Korean Fried Chicken - wonderfully crispy in a sweet chili sauce, the Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps served with peanut and tamarind sauces, and finally the Spicy Thai Beef Salad which created an explosion of flavors on the tongue - a truly amazing experience!! First of our 4 Specialty Dining options on NCL Encore was the Teppanyaki Grill - many thanks to our wonderful chef who kept us entertained and laughing while he created a memorable feast of rice, veggies, beef, chicken and shrimp that left most of us too full to appreciate the tasty desserts! Not to be missed!

CHOIR OF MAN - not to be missed!! This production on the ENCORE is worthy of Broadway - more than just a musical with an all-male cast - it is a poignant and touching look into the hearts of men! #choirofman
