#dampride but a good one Finally got out on the @konabikes Process 153 for a few laps of lower Burke. Haven't really ridden these trails in a long, long time. Hit them all in one ride. Surprised myself by making it up the access road for all 5 laps. Last one was a bit of a struggle but was determined to make it. A couple ways of keeping up the miles. @sarisofficial Mag+ or M2 Smart trainer. Mag+ is a solid basic trainer with magnetic resistance and adjustable from a shifter mounted to the handlebar. The M2 is a great way to get into a smart trainer without forking out an arm & a leg. Took the ole @trekbikes Powerfly LT7 up to Mt. Seymour today for a couple laps. It sure is nice not to be burnt out by the time you get to the trailhead. Boy does it hold a line through the janky sections. That extra weight does come in handy sometimes. #epicride today at @sumas_mountain . Up to #timekiller then up the logging road and back up to #squidline . Only 15km but a hard 15km. Took a big impact to the rear wheel last ride put a big dent in my rim so had to run a tube as the tire wouldn't hold the bead. Of course I flatted half way Time Killer. Good thing I grabbed my spare tube just as I was leaving the house. That @spankbikes rim lasted me 3 years and 3 bikes. Will replace it with a slightly wider 35mm Spank rim. ... To do this we are only accepting tire/tube installations, quick adjustments to gears and brakes, brake pad or cable installs and other small repairs that we can do for you with a 24 hour turn around.... Large repairs such tune up packages, wheel builds, suspension service and others are NOT being accepted at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience. Currently the demand on our mechanics and repair shop logistics has surpassed our space and time resources. Repairs are done on a first come first serve basis. We do not offer or make appointments.
