Just a heads up that I will be taking some time off in April to have my precious bundle and spend some time with my family My last day will be April 10th if all goes as planned and I hope to return in September but will certainly update everyone along the way. If anyone would like to ensure that they get an appointment in before I leave please book ahead of time to claim your spot! If you are in need of treatment while I am away I can refer you to another therapist in the area until I return. Thanks for the support and for understanding!

With today’s Public Health update and our region remaining in Alert Level 5, the clinic will remain closed at this time. Because I would be unable to re-open for another two weeks, if not longer, I have made the tough decision to remain closed for the duration of my pregnancy and continuing into my maternity leave period. I hope to return in September but will keep all of my clients updated along the way. Any appointments that are scheduled between now and September will be cancelled and anyone who wishes to continue treatment during this time will be referred to another therapist in the area. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause any of my clients and I wish you all the best during these unprecedented and worrying times. Thanks for understanding!

After last night’s emergency media briefing and the announcement that the province will be moving into Alert Level 5, unfortunately I will be closing my clinic effective immediately. All appointments that are booked will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled until I receive an update from Public Health. This is the safest option in an attempt to help slow the spread of the new B117 variant of Covid-19. The safety of my clients and myself are of the utmost importance. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I hope to see all of you in the very near future! Just a reminder to reach out to all of your friends and family who may be in isolation or are alone at this time because mental health is just as important as your physical health. Most importantly stay safe everyone!

Due to the quickly evolving COVID 19 out break in the St Johns Metro area 3 additional questions have been added to my pre screening form. If you have been in the St Johns Metro region (including Mount Pearl, CBS, Paradise, and as far as Witless Bay) within the last week, if you have been asked to isolate by Public Health, OR if you have been in close contact with anyone who has been asked to isolate by Public Health you are asked to please post pone your massage appointment ...for 14 days. I would also ask that clients wear a 2 layer cloth masks at minimum or a I can provide you a 3 layer medical mask. Just a reminder to all of my clients that I am consistently abiding by all of the strict sanitation guidelines and that every space of my clinic is cleaned and sanitized after every client. I am doing everything I can to help stop the spread of COVID 19 in our Province and would greatly appreciate the cooperation from all of my clients as well! Thank you all and stay safe!
