K&S Construction is back at it again. Just landed a nice 320lft fence build project in the North End. On top of that we have a basement we are going to finish in La Salle this evening, Spring Clean Ups will continue as the weather gets warmer, Have another basement in Transcona, and a couple deck/fence builds in Bridgewater lined up.... K&S Construction. Another job completed. 1100 sqft basement with Wood structure floor, we screwed 36 sheets of 3/4" T&G down then framed the frostwall. Alot of issues with this jobsite. Original house framer made many mistakes that we corrected along the way 1 of which being the entire Main floor ceiling. But we got the job done none the less.... K&S CONSTRUCTION Today we started in La Salle Manitoba doing some service work for 1 of our homebuilders. Then headed into beautiful Charleswood to do a 30x12 Garage Build... Late Post. Finished this job up about 2 weeks ago. Framed in bulkhead aswell as area for a dry bar. Then drywalled Ceiling/Bulkhead.

Just a little look at what we've been up to the last little bit. Working on some condos, providing demo/reframing/boarding/mud/tape and clean up.
