Your federal government is committed to making sure Canadians have access to the training and support they need to develop new skills and find good jobs. Today an investment of $1.5 billion in the Workforce Development Agreements was announced. I spoke with Joe Biden today, and congratulated him again on his election. We’ve worked with each other before, and we’re ready to pick up on that work and tack...le the challenges and opportunities facing our two countries - including climate change and COVID-19. We talked about those specific challenges today, as well as trade, energy, NATO, anti-Black racism, and China’s arbitrary detention of Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor.
