Happy Thursday everyone! First off, I’d like to wish everyone an early Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend ahead! This is very short notice, and normally I would give a little more but I have decided to take off next week, and currently with no staff atm, this means I will have to cancel all cleans for the week. I currently have a lot going on, and my daughter is struggling to get caught up with her online schooling after a month late start, so I wi...ll be taking the week to deal with a couple things and help her, as she is down to only 3 weeks left to finish two classes completely. I’m really sorry it’s such short notice, if it could be later, I’d definitely give a little more notice. If you have a clean scheduled next week (October 12-16) and you happen to read this and are okay with it, please let me know! Otherwise, I will be messaging everyone within the next couple of days to ask. If you’d prefer not to cancel, please let me know that as well! Thank you everyone for being so understanding!!

Hello everyone!! So I have a couple things to bring up First off and most importantly I would like to welcome Cora to the K’s Top 2 Bottom cleaning team! Cora started last week, and has been doing an amazing job!! She will be training alongside me for a couple weeks, and then she will be heading out on her own! Soooo with a new employee comes new openings! Within the next couple of weeks, we will have some new spaces becoming available for weekly/biweekly cleanings. Unfor...tunately they will only be in Yorkton at this time. If you have messaged me to inquire in the last few months, and are still looking for a cleaner, please message me again and we will get you in! I want to remind everyone that payment for cleanings are due same day. I will be making some revisions to the current payment policy within the next couple weeks. And lastly, just a heads up we will be implementing a rate increase (the first one in five years) within the next few months, I’m estimating it will be in effect for the new year. I continue to not accept any new clients indefinitely. There will be no spring cleans this year and move out cleans will be available scarcely. I am fully booked days and evenings through the week and my weekends are booked for the foreseeable future. Gift certificates will still be honoured, however, it may take some time to work them into the schedule, as I have only left a couple days a month for them, so please be sure to give me a little notice of when you would like to redeem. * PLEASE NOTE * I am continuing to not accept any new clients. This will continue for the foreseeable future. I apologize to those I was unable to return messages to, as I have been extremely overwhelmed with them, and continuing to work alone has left me working excessively with little to no time for office work or returning messages/calls. ... This does not apply to anyone who is currently receiving regular cleanings, anyone who currently has a gift certificate or anyone I have already made arrangements with to resume regular cleanings. Move out cleans/ new possessions are still possible if they can be done in the evenings and broken up over a few days. Thank you for your understanding. Hopefully in the future I will be able to expand again and open up some new spaces.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up in regards to covid... with another 6 new cases in our region today (central east 4)... I will be monitoring the numbers closely and if the total numbers of active cases continues to grow consistently, there is a possible chance of full closure of ALL residential cleanings for a minimum of a couple weeks or until cases begin to decline. I had told myself if we reach 30 active cases it would happen, but then numbers started going back ...down... I’m hoping it doesn’t come down to this, however, it may be necessary to help protect some more vulnerable clients, as well as myself, and my family. With it still being so unknown, we have no way of knowing if someone could be carrying it but be asymptomatic. I would hate to pick it up in a household that doesn’t realize they are carrying it and bring it into other homes for up to a couple weeks following exposure, especially if I don’t show any symptoms as well. I hope everyone will understand! I will update the page and contact everyone if it does come down to this. See more
