Looks like we have some exciting news to announce! We will be reopening on June 5th! That's just over a week away! We are very excited to get back to work and see our amazing clients!! There will be limited esthetic services available for now but manicures and pedicures are good to go! Can't wait to see you!!!

Hello everyone, while we don't have a reopening date yet we wanted to share some of the guidelines put in place due to Covid-19. The Cosmetology Association worked with our government to create these. Here are some of the important ones we wanted to share. These are subject to change at any time. 1-Masks are MANDATORY. We ask that you bring a clean one with you. You can also purchase one from us for $1 if needed. 2- There is no walk in service at this time. Once we open you ...can call and book an appointment. 3- Clients will have to wash or sanitize their hands upon entry to the salon. 4- There will be no magazines, tea or coffee available. 5- There will be a short risk assessment form for clients to read and sign. 6-There will be no double bookings. All services booked will also include extra time for cleaning and disinfection. That means the amount of clients we can take per day will be fewer. Please arrive on time for your appointment. 7- Clients are not allowed to bring friends or family with them since the number of people in the salon is limited to the hairdresser/esthetician and their client. 8- If you have any flu like symptoms, we ask that you rebook your appointment. We promise that of we have flu like symptoms we will refrain from going into work. We are excited and very much looking forward to getting back to work and seeing everyone. Please be patient with us. We are doing everything to keep both you and ourselves healthy. These aren't all of the guidelines listed but the ones we felt important to share now before reopening.

Hi guys, I'm guessing we will be open in the next couple of weeks, hopefully. I just wanted to put it out there, I can go in to work for 8am if you have a comprised immune system and just anyone who feels safer. I hope everyone is enjoying their day

Hi everyone. I just wanted to post an update, as I know many of you are anxious for salons to reopen. As of right now, we are still mandated to be closed. So there is unfortunately NO set date to reopen at the moment. We have been preparing for when it is time to return, regularly getting updates from the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia. Things will look very different moving into a new normal but it is to keep everyone safe and healthy, which is our main priority. As soon as we have more information on reopening, we will sure to let you know. :)

We are dedicated to keeping our clients happy and healthy. I've taken a number of online classes including two refresher classes on disinfection so far during my time home.

Hope I'll be using these skills very soon. Missing everyone

Hey guys, just letting everyone know we have been mandated to close as of midnight tonight. If you're looking for a booking before this just call the shop and we will do out best to fit you in. We would like to let everyone know we plan to close thursday and friday this week. As of now we plan to get everyone in next week and are keeping everything well sanitized. As of march 31st we plan to close for 2 weeks and hopefully everything will be back to normal by then. If you want to get in before that just call the shop. We look forward to seeing everyone after the virus is gone. Keep safe and healthy

FYI ....we have been in the shop since early this morning cleaning. The cleaning of the shop is always very important but with the corona virus in Nova Scotia I want everyone to know extra measures are being taken to ensure a clean and safe environment to enjoy your service. Door handles, hangers, equipment have all been sanitized, anything that can be cleaned has been. We hope to remain open during this pandemic but if your health or ours is in jeopardy we will do our part ...and close. Thanks to everyone trusting us and still coming into our little shop. Also, you if you think it's best to reschedule an appointment we respect your decision and look forward to seeing you after this craze is over.
