Dropped the house last week, fit like a glove. She’s sitting pretty now, looking straight up the channel. . Wrapping this one up soon and on to the next

20.5 meters poured today. This part of the job I find is the most stressful, a lot can go wrong. Today it couldn’t have gone any smoother than it did Next week we drop this house down.

Garage progress

Last week we did the footing pour for the ICF full basement project. Had to take our time maneuvering around the eaves on this one.

Our current project we are working on is relocating a house from an old lot to a new one with a brand new, full basement foundation, in order to accommodate a new septic/lift station. The view isn’t too bad from its new location either
