So. This project was started by another "contractor" whom just butchered her home and budget. ( look at the drywall surround without the shower pan, the valve cutouts and the electrical) We came in and made it right!!

After and then before. Many fail points in the original construction of these stairs. Demo, delete fails, and make new again.

Another bathroom completed (less shower glass).
