Update from the GoFundMe page, written by the campaign creator: We passed by Carl's place yesterday evening and found an emotional man. He was incredibly touched by all the positive support and help coming his way. This next statement is from Carl.... "I personally want to thank everyone who supports me. I never knew so many people cared. All the kind words, encouragement and generous donations", he placed his hand over his heart and just shook his head. "I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a blessed 2019"

As many have seen the incorrect information on CBC, which has since been corrected, we are posting the letter received from the City of Winnipeg. As stated in the letter, the livestock are legal and are here to stay. We hope this clarifies any confusion. Our intent is to rebuild, improve on what was and continue the family tradition of maintaining a free range, natural farm.
