message to our team... 10 years ago, myself, Roy and Philip set a goal to open a Filipino restaurant that will highlight our beautiful culture. A lot of people ...thought we couldn’t do it. That Filipino food will never be mainstream and the idea would just not be possible. It is amazing to think how far we’ve gone since then and we can all be proud of the role we’ve played in all these years. We have accomplished a lot together, contributing to our community, creating jobs and (as immigrants) having a platform to find ourselves especially our young people. Our collaboration with businesses, chefs, chef Harold @thestandnyc were all testaments of our achievements. None of these would be possible without all of you and we want to thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Happy 10th year Anniversary to all of us!
