Insured drivers between April 1 to September 30, 2020, can expect a one-time rebate in March from ICBC! Due to the pandemic, ICBC saw fewer crashes and accident claims, which allowed them to save about $600 million. That amount will be returned directly back to their customers through this rebate. Approximately 2.86 million policyholders will receive an average $190 rebate, as long as they had an active policy from April 1 to September 30, 2020!
