We had a FEAST at Kumare in Richmond with their Breakfast Platter ($45) and Deluxe Platter ($65). It was the perfect way of getting to know the menu. Each plat...ter serves 4 and it’s a pretty good deal. The menu is part of @feast_asian a month long Asian Dining Festival until Nov 18th. My favourite items on the platters were the longanisa, crispy pata, and BBQ skewers. It had been a couple of weeks that rumours had been circulating around that Kumare Restaurant in Delta is closing and is for sale and that Kumare Restaurant In Richmond is closed down. In response to those rumours, they are not true and just rumours. We are very certain it started from people who cannot be happy with our success. Kumare Restaurant is strong and is getting even stronger, we are not closing, selling or closed. We just wish whoever is trying to start and spre...ad the rumours to just concentrate on how to run their own business and mind their own, because we mind our own and we’re not in the business to compete but we’re here to succeed in serving our loyal patrons and employ wonderful people whom we consider as family.
