E-DS650 Test ... No Battery Cover .. But its a Beautiful Day and I got the Nerf Bars back on ... So Had To Give a the E-DS650 a Quick Test Run .!! ... Some Padding and a Bungee Strap to hold ot in Nice !?!? .....and ... . It Runs Very Nice !! ... Thinking it Will Be Just a Fine for Chasing The Kids Around On The E-170 or BW80 Electric or The Polaris 90E's ..

Pulled Out A Old Project That I Never Finished and Spent Some Time on it the Past Few Days to Get It Going .... Agni 95r, Kelly KDZ , 18s of G1 Leaf Cells with ANT 300A BMS .. Need to get a Cover Made for Battery Box and We Can Test it out !! I'll need something to Keep up With the Boys and the E-170.!!

The Boys Finally Get To Ride The E-170 .. !!! It is Done .. For the Time Being ..Going to Play with Gearing a Bit in the Spring Once I Can Get it on the Track . Have them Limited to 100A Busbar Current... Boys will have to get used to the Throttle and Learn to Control it ... then ill Raise it up .

Built a New Wiring Harness for The 2012 Zero MX ... .. No MBB ...... New Relay With 72V Coil ....Precharge Resistor and Diodes ..... Motor Thermistor is in Parallel with the Throttle to Limit the Output when Hot ... Lots of Wiring Left From Zeros Way ..?? Re Programmed The AllTrax to My Perfered Setting ... ... Going to Get Controller for 12v Motor Fan And ReInstall the DCDC Converter .. Possibly a Light Bar Like The one on the BWElectric .... I need a Display !!! Something that let's you know the bike is on .. other than the Key or Handle Bar Switch ...Could Be Dangerous for the Unknown ..... I'm thinking Basic Voltage Display ... But Anyone Know of Nice one .. up to 80V DC ? More to Come !

Stripped the Electronics out of the 2012 Zero MX and Reconfigured the Wiring to work with out the MBB ...Boom its Alive .... But one weird thing I found ....The Main Contactor Relay they Use is 24VCoil ... but it is wired directly to the B+ through a fuse and the Negative is Switched Through MBB .. Ordered a Relay with 72V Coil from Digikey ..... as this one gets super hot after 5 min ....will work on Building New Wiring Harness Tonight ..... More to Come !!

We Picked up this New Project Just Before the Holidays .... Its a 2012 Zero MX ..Does not Run .... Fault Code for Throttle Input .... But Throttle is New and 100% Good ...Battery is Good ... Started to Break it Down ...and Find The Fault .. ... More to Come ..

UPDATE ON THE SJ410 ELECTRIC CONVERSION We Loaded Up and Took the Frame in Last Week to Get Sand Blasted and Painted ... It Came out Great ..I Have Also Rebuilt The Diffs, Steering Box and Transfer Case ..... Waiting on Front Brake Cylinders and The Brake Lines to Complete the Front ....... New Shocks Bushings and Shackles for the Front .... All In Place ... ... Going to Hopefully Finish Paint on the Rear Diff and Get it Mounted Up this Week ... Progress is Good ...

Me and My 2 Lil Side Kicks Are Going To Start Rebuilding the Drive Line and Coating The Frame ...Took the Two of them to Break Some of the Bolts .... But They Got Them Out by Working Together .. ......This Is Going to Be A Fun Project ... l Love it when they want to be Involved ..

Spent Some Time Today Templating the Transmission on th SJ410 EV Conversion ... Make Our Adapter Plate For The Electric Motor ... 1/4" Abs Plasic did the Trick ... I Had it Left Over From The Big Wheel Project .... Fits Perfectly First Time ... Now to Get it Cut In Steel ... !!

Boxed and Impact Padded .... BMS Wiring in Place .. Jumpers Done ... and All Bolts Torqued .. Still Waiting For BMS ... Time to Start on the Wiring Harness...

Parts are Starting To Come In Coupling Made Spocket Welded and Motor is Mounted .. Time To Disassemble The Battery and Make It to Fit in it New Home and Built A Wiring Harness While I wait for the BMS And Charger to Arrive !!!

Working on Another Conversion In The Shop Today For My Boy Theo ... The Parts We Had Kicking Around .....and He "NEEDS" a New One since he blew up his GEO 500w 24v Last Year .. Frame is a Kuzma Meerkat50 .. The Motor and Controller are 1.8KW . So a Good Upgrade ..! Motor is Mounted and Aligned ... I had Mocked up some Batterys ... So I Can Start Building A Frame and Box . Need to Order a Throttle and Loom to Finish Wiring Harness ....and Taller Rear Sprocket .. I Perfer More Tourque to Speed .
