I woke up this morning excited. Excited for change and new beginnings....for some of the heaviness to be lifted...because it is lifting....and sometimes there is a crisis before the cure. But if we embrace all that is clouding our hearts, and our minds, then health will return. I believe that. We are going to get through all of this. And it is with a hopeful, joyous, healthy heart that I am excited to be hanging my sign up again this morning! It is going to be an amazing day
