The time has finally come!! Our Operational Plan has been approved by YG and we’ll be opening our doors on June 1st!!! We’ve been working really hard to figure out what this new normal is going to look like. Here’s our plan based on Yukon Government Guidelines and other measures designed to keep everyone safe. We ask for your patience and understanding while we navigate the appointment booking process. If you were booked between March 21st and June1st or have phoned and are o...n our list, we will call you ASAP. If you did not have an appointment while we were closed please be patient.we are still answering the phone but may not be able to book you immediately. When we phone to book your appointment, we will be asking for an email address so we can send you a mandatory questionnaire to be filled out and returned before your appointment . You can bring it with you to your appointment as well. If you don’t have email that’s ok, you can fill it in when you get to the shop! Due to space requirements, all of our stylists can’t work at the same time. Some of our hours may look different but rest assured we’re committed to making it work for everyone. Here’s what coming to the salon will look like! Please don’t come early to your appointment. Wait in your vehicle and we will call you or wave you in when it’s time. Please come alone to your appointment, we can only have so many people in at a time right now. We will make arrangements if coming alone is problematic. Please don’t be late.we’ll do our best to stay on time as well!! There’s a lot of extra cleaning going on! Hand sanitizer and masks will be at the front door. We ask that you wear an approved mask that we provide. We’re considering this summer our trial run for the fall when masks may be regulated. We’ll try to make this new normal as normal as we can. We miss you and will see you all as soon as we can!

I just want to say a big thank you to the Yukon Government, Ranj Pillai, Scott Kent as well as many others for giving small business the financial help that they will need to reopen in the future. Just to be clear, all we were asking for is fixed costs, not loss of income and that’s what they are... giving us. If you’ve never owned a business, you will never know how worriesome this has been, how much we miss our jobs, our clients and our co workers. It’s way more than money, but to know we will be able to re open, stronger than ever is a great feeling Also thanks to all our clients and friends for the messages of support, the generous offers and all the love. Due to the ongoing and growing concerns of COVID-19 I want to take into consideration my own health along with others. I will be taking a break from the salon until further notice to self isolate. Hope to see everyone soon

Valued clients, friends and family, As we navigate through social distancing and still try to keep a small business alive, we have a few important things to share. We have increased sanitation beyond belief and are sending people away if they have travelled or show symptoms of ANY illness.... We are staggering our stylists in order to limit traffic and person to person contact, so please prepare to reschedule if you have an appointment booked. We will call you if we need to move your appointment. We are really trying hard to accommodate people and keep them and ourselves safe at the same time. We ask that you do NOT bring any others to your appointment because we are limiting the amount of people in the salon. We will meet clients at the door and let you in if you have an appointment. We will still do retail sales and gift certificates at the door if you know what you need. All other inquires will be done over the phone, please be patient with us while we wait for call forwarding to be hooked up in case no one is at the salon (cross your fingers and toes for Monday). We have taken extraordinary measures with our staffing to limit contact with others. As of today, Morgan, Kelsey and Sierra will be off until all of the craziness has cleared For all of the quarantined people out there, call us if you need product delivered to you! We’re more than happy to help! If you need anything else (not salon related) let us know and we’ll see what we can do to make it happen! While we’re delivering to you, if you can spare a donation to help the Food Bank we will drop it off on our way by. In the midst of this worldwide crisis, we would like to put a few things out to our clients. 1. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms related to COVID 19, please CANCEL your hair appointment. We realize that it is disappointing to miss your appointment but we need to limit the spread of this virus. We will reserve the right to decline service if we don’t feel comfortable providing a service to someone who seems sick. 2. We will be taking extra steps to clean all surfac...es and tools to protect all of our clients. 3. We also, if feeling any symptoms, will not be in to work so please be understanding if your stylist has to cancel your appointment. Happy Valentine’s Day

Tattoo artists are people who provide a service for money. When you no-show us, or cancel short notice, we don’t get paid. Over the past two months, I’ve had ...more no-shows and cancellations than all of the past two years combined, and more and more folks asking for their deposit back AFTER they no-show.
