Civil engineer for SPA design and approvals for a 582,060 ft2 two storey industrial mail sorting facility on a 44.5-acre property in Scarborough, Ontario. KWA worked closely with the TRCA and the City of Toronto engineering staff to obtain approvals in a timely manner to meet an aggressive construction schedule commencing in 2020.

Some of our recent projects include Site Development Manager and Civil engineer for a +/- 300,000 ft2 Walmart Perishable Distribution Facility on a 26.7-acre industrial property in Surrey British Columbia. KWA designed three (3) stage erosion and sediment control plan, site servicing and grading including comprehensive infiltration galleries and bio-swales to support Low Impact Development (LID) features to support the industrial use.
