Lifting on edges Cheap thinners contain inexpensive, aggressive solvents that may cause lifting on edges of improperly cured 2K primers or sensitive substrates. Dryer orange peel that shows in the clearcoat. Fast settling of pearls and metallic in the cup. Blushing or milkyness in the clearcoat from trapped generic solvents. Clearcoat peeling.
