Another day of client concerns and figuring out where we need to pivot. Info here on mortgage deferrals, landlord/tenant issues on rents and deferrals, home closing scheduled within the next 2-3 weeks, how we are working with buyer and seller clients, credit and bank card transactions, a reminder to call your vendors to reduce or cut bills AND one more at the end of the 2 minutes 39 seconds ;>)

I’m not saying you have to panic right now, what I would suggest, however, is that you prepare now so that you are not panicking in 100 days because you did not tighten your belt when you should have. Yes, my daily routine is the same. Get up, work out, coaching calls, shave and shower and get ready for the day, then marketing to get my listings sold because people are still buying and selling houses! And then I spend the majority of my day in conversations with agents throug...hout North America on how we can and will survive this business during this economic shift that is affecting us all. These are some notes that I took on the weekend while listening to some top level agents.
