Dorothy's Best Charity Fundraiser

We Presented the Cheque today to one of our Charities Grand River Hospital Foundation Cancer Centre for $2143.00. We have raised $24750.00 for them in 13 years. Thank you to all of you. That came out to Dorothy's Best Charity Fundraiser on Saturday April 6th 2019. Will be Presenting to ACCKWA this week.

It's that time of year again, we are holding our annual event in support of https://www.facebook.com/ACCKWA/ and https://www.facebook.com/GrandRiverHospitalFoundation/ Saturday, April 6th at the Brunswick Frederick Bowling alley in Kitchener. You can win a 55" 4K UHD TV. Early bird deadline is March 10th.

It's not to late to join Friends of Dorothy Bowling League. We bowl every Sunday at Brunswick Bowling Lanes in Kitchener. 115pm Practice and 130pm we start to bowl. $16.00 for 3 games. May rent shoes if needed. Come check us out. We bowl on lanes 17 18 19 20 21 and 22. Right be the bar and food. Hope to see you.

Cheque presentation to our 2 charities today, The AIDS Committee of Cambridge Kitchener Waterloo and Area & The Grand River Hospital Foundation Cancer Centre. Our Dorothy's Best tournament raised $4,024 in total, which was split equally between our 2 charities for a grand total of $2,012 each. Friends of Dorothy has raised over $55,000 over the 19 years of hosting this event. Thanks again to all our donors and supporters on the day of, we look forward to next years event!!!
