Need to work on foot strength and keeping your points light ? Try this exercise Slide out to second on the ball of the foot and then go up to your full point,... back to ball then return to first position. Do the same thing to fourth position. I would suggest 8 to each position to start with. After complete eight hops pointing to second keeping your point light trying not to let your toes and foot collapse, then the same thing to fourth position It is also important to think of keeping your thigh tight and squeezed during this exercise! Try to do about 4-5 times though! See more

2018 Spring Fling is 2 weeks away!

Way to go dancers at the competition yesterday! Everyone placed and Karen won her overall trophy! However, what made us most proud was watching the kindness and compassion our dancers demonstrated throughout the day! Way to shine ladies!
