First, a hair cut! Start by cutting off the dead weight! When I started #curlygirl in June, my hair was long and the ends we're really damaged from straightening it almost every day or having my curls constantly trapped in a tight elastic band. Hydration, protein and masks we're really helping but I knew the dead ends were weighing down my potential. Thank God I had stopped using damaging heat back in January so all my newly grown hair was relatively healthy! I knew ...a cut was needed even though I was loving having long hair again.
